World Class Building Maintenance Units

We design, engineer and manufacture every product to meet the highest quality and safety standards including but not limited to OSHA 1910.66, ASA 101, ASME A120.1. Below we provide a brief overview of the primary series of access systems that we manufacture. As every system is customizable to great extents, do go over all of the available sub-series in our brochure which is being updated and will be made available for download soon.

Cradle Lift (Roof Trolley) BMU Systems

The most efficient, cost effective and elegant solution for total safe facade access. Our engineers study each building thoroughly, then custom-design and build the system to meet the project's requirements and exceed the client's expectations.

Ladder Systems - Maintenance Platform series

Facade box ladders can provide safe access where a building's geometry doesn't allow a roof based system or if access is required only to limited areas. Similarly, they prove to be an effective means for internal access to vertical facades or skylights that are beyond the reach of aerial working platforms.

Ladder systems - single traveling series

With a sleek and attractive design, single ladders can guarantee an aesthetic integration of the facade access system with the building's architecture. Thanks to their rigid design, integrated fall arrest system and lightweight, ladders are safe and efficient means access.

MAST CLIMBER SYSTEMS

Mast climbers are similar to facade ladders in terms of the building heights and surface area they serve, yet they add another degree of flexibility of coping with simple facade features. Mast climbers can also be customized for internal access applications.
